Instrumental Music Programs

LCUSD partners with Encore Music & Performing Arts to provide on-campus band and orchestra instruction for students in grades 4–6. Through this program, students have the opportunity to learn an instrument, develop their musical skills, and perform as part of a school ensemble.

For families who need an instrument, the Action League of the Foothills (ALF) offers a convenient instrument rental program for students participating in the LCUSD/Encore instrumental music program. ALF provides a variety of band and orchestra instruments for rent throughout the school year, helping make music participation accessible for all students.

Registration for Encore music classes and ALF instrument rentals are completed separately.
